Funstack is committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We take the privacy and safety of children seriously and have implemented the following measures:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• We require users to confirm they are 13 or older during registration
• We do not target advertising to children under 13
• We work with game developers to ensure age-appropriate content

For Game Developers

If your game is directed at children under 13 or you have knowledge that children under 13 are using your game, you must:

• Disable Funstack SDK features that collect personal information
• Use "child-directed" mode in the SDK which limits data collection
• Not use personalized advertising
• Implement appropriate age gates
• Comply with all applicable COPPA requirements

Information We Don't Collect from Children

When we detect or suspect a user is under 13, we do not collect:

• Full name or contact information
• Precise geolocation data
• Photos, videos, or audio files
• Persistent identifiers for advertising
• Information that could be used to contact the child

Parental Rights

If you believe your child under 13 has provided personal information to Funstack, you have the right to:

• Request access to the information collected
• Request deletion of the information
• Refuse further collection or use of the child's information

Discovery of Child Users

If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

International Users

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the minimum age may be higher (typically 16) under GDPR. For users in other jurisdictions, local laws regarding children's privacy may apply. We recommend parents and guardians review our Privacy Policy and supervise their children's online activities.
